This self-contained open plan studio features a comfortable king-size bed and single bed standard (both convertible to twin singles with advance notice on booking), reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating, and ceiling fan for year-round comfort. Relax in cozy seating, or enjoy a movie night with the LED TV and DVD player (DVDs supplied, no Wi-Fi but line of sight to tower).
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meal preparation, including a 4-burner gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted-sandwich maker, full-size fridge/freezer, pots, pans, utensils, and crockery, though no oven. Enjoy preparing meals while taking in the ever-changing country light through large windows overlooking the rolling hills.
We provide quality linen and towels (darker towels available on request), along with basic toiletries, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The modern bathrooms include generous showers, toilets, and vanities, and guests staying longer are welcome to use the shared washing machine located beneath Studio 4 during daylight hours not on sunset or after dark.
Step outside to take in the sunset from your extra large wrap around deck, with a gate to keep dogs or kids in, wander the front paddock or garden terraces in front of the homestead verandah, the side orchard and enjoy the peaceful rural atmosphere. Private areas behind the homestead’s upper level and back of property are reserved for staff and owner privacy.
