Studio 4, This studio has one of the best views as it has a large deck and is great for photos. It's also dog friendly and the deck has a safety gate, sorry no cats unless you have a travel enclosure and are comfortable with it in the glasshouse or shed as owner is allergic to cats. The studio accommodations are ideally intended for couples seeking to escape and relax or indulge their senses, in a picturesque, rural location with panoramic views of the Blackwood Valley, though on occasion we may allow up to 2 children in studios 2/3/4 as they have extra bed options with prior notice. It is the most Westerly of our four studios, it has a veranda on two sides for greater outdoor sitting and enjoying the landscape and the magnificent vistas of the farm the sunsets and the rolling hills of the Blackwood River Valley . This studio normally has one king and one single, though bed configurations can change to a king and two singles or four singles with prior notice they can be adjusted by us for you. * NOTE: All one night stays incur a one night surcharge and must be added correctly at time of check out or the booking can be cancelled with no notice.

See AllSTUDIO 1 (Lee Steere) Studio 1 is one of two with the best views and has the most light during the day with a large front and side deck, (studio 4 is the other one, 4 is dog friendly this one is not). This is the most easterly studio in our set of four studios and has a sweeping veranda on two sides for sitting and admiring the beautiful scenery. The studio accommodations are primarily intended for couples seeking to escape and relax or indulge their senses, in a picturesque, rural location with panoramic views of the Blackwood Valley so this studio does not allow more than 2 guests because of its layout, though on occasion we may allow a child in 2/3/4 as they have extra options.* NOTE: All one night stays incur a one night surcharge and must be added correctly at time of check out or the booking can be cancelled with no notice.STUDIO 2 (Hester) Studio 2 Hester, This studio is disability friendly with appropriate shower/toilet/vanity access for disabled if needed, it feels larger than the others in size and is small but ideal for 4 people. This studio is also for the general public and there is no requirement to be disabled to use it. This studio has private views as it has a good size front deck and is great for photos or naturists. The studio accommodations are ideally intended for couples seeking to escape and relax or indulge their senses, in a picturesque, rural location with panoramic views of the Blackwood Valley, though on occasion we may allow up to 4 people in studios 2/3/4 as they have extra bed options with prior notice to reconfigure the beds.
